About Our Coffee

Is Brewvana coffee roasted to order?

Yes. Every bag of Brewvana coffee is roasted fresh after you place your order. We never sit on pre-roasted inventory. This means what arrives in your home is as fresh as it gets.

What does "single-origin" mean?

Single-origin means the coffee comes from one specific farm, region, or country — not blended from multiple sources. This lets you taste the unique character of a specific place. Our Uganda, Kenya, Colombia, Ethiopia, Peru, and Bali coffees are all single-origin.

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer light, medium, and dark roasts across our range. Each product page lists the roast level so you can choose what suits your taste. If you're unsure, our Best Sellers Sample Pack is the best way to explore the range.

Do you offer whole bean and ground?

Yes. You can select your preferred grind size at checkout. If you're unsure which grind to choose, here's a quick guide:

  • Whole Bean — Best if you have a grinder at home. Stays freshest longest.
  • Coarse Grind — French press, cold brew
  • Medium Grind — Drip coffee makers, pour over
  • Fine Grind — Espresso machines, AeroPress

How should I store my coffee?

Store your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid the refrigerator — moisture degrades the flavor. Most bags stay fresh for 2–4 weeks after opening.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because every order is roasted fresh after you place it, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Most orders arrive within two weeks of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Please check our current shipping options at checkout. Free shipping thresholds and promotions are updated regularly.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we handle issues on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrived damaged, was incorrect, or you're not satisfied, please reach out and we'll find a resolution.
